Assistant Production Manager


    The Assistance Production Manager shall have the following duties:

  • Follow production plans, as well as company standard processes; ensure feasibility of production plans.
  • Maintain the quality of all equipment/ machinery used by the department and inform the Maintenance Department in advance about foreseeable future problems.
  • Achieve financial targets: monitoring the department budget; manage the actual production costs against standard costs; maintain product margin, and monitor productivity (labor efficiency, material efficiency, etc.).
  • Manage the department team: ensure appropriate man power, maintain working environment according to company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards.
  • Detect and advise training needs, share information, participate in career management initiatives.
  • Setting, follow up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production and QC function.
  • Implement action plans in order to improve KPIs; make necessary corrective adjustments.
  • Ensure products are meeting customer needs: meet established customer specifications concerning cycle time, delivery, quality, quantity and costs.
  • Implement preventative and corrective action in the production process to support customer needs.
  • Participate in the planning of improvement projects.
  • Maintain dashboard indicators/status reports to monitor each level of Production.


  • Completed education of not below bachelor’s degree in engineering field or equivalent any other fields.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills are required.
  • Solid technical background in manufacturing process such as folding, welding and assembly.
  • Experience with deploying LEAN manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri) is an advantage
  • Good command of both English written and spoken.
