Role Summary

In this role, Product Specialist, is responsible for proactively support customer.
Provides technical support and implements Technologies in Bangkok and remote site environments. Will gather requirements and determine scope of projects to find the best approach for user needs by available software & hardware packages. Will work closely with the Product Manager in resolving problems and ensuring customer needs are being met.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in launching products with product managers and cluster heads effectively to the relevant target segment and control for success.

• Works with Sales Representative /Principal to achieve Sales target.

• Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy Customer needs.

• Works with other departments to ensure all aspects of pending rollouts have been communicated and executed. 

• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization.

• Ensure knowledge of/and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.

• Provide sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product, providing them with printed and electronic promotional materials, product training, and relevant clinical papers

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering/medical science/physical therapy, or related.

• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages

• Willingness and ability to travel within specified geographic region.

• 2- 5 years’ experience of Sales or Specialist in Medical Product Business

• Good command of reading written and spoken English
