About the role

The Customs & Logistics Coordinator is a key member of the Operations Team, handling general administrative duties such as running reports, preparing customs, import-export, and licensing documents, maintaining customer records, and supporting compliance efforts across the branch. This will involve managing and preparing necessary documentations while monitoring shipments to ensure goods arrive on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes, including recordkeeping, report generation and updates, cycle counts, and verifying shipment dates and order status.

• Process return authorizations and credit memos, inspecting returned materials through final disposition.

• Investigate tax and freight claims, coordinating with financial services to resolve them.

• Support basic accounting tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, invoice approvals, and credit memo processing.

• Generate reports covering tax, manual sales orders, fleet, and security.

• Maintain building security and upkeep, manage equipment maintenance and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety programs (HASP) and monthly OSHA logs.

• Address internal customer concerns with timely corrective action.

• Manage cross-border shipments, prepare and verify customs clearance/import/export/licensing paperwork, and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant degree.

• 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, logistics/warehouse, or customer service/inside sales (preferred).

• Strong knowledge and understanding of customs, licensing, and import/export documents and procedures.

• Strong verbal and written Thai and English communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes and terminology.
