Coordinate with outside agent to perform problem solving and relevant exchange Idea.
To perform activity to promote labor relations among company, Labor union and employee.
Monitor the implementation of training program comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Network externally with government and private division for better relationship.
Establish strong relationship development among Labor Union and employee.
To promote and take ownership of driving welfare programs to assist employees.
Monitoring and implementation of Social Security program comply with all application laws and regulations.
Control the expenses Clinic room Medical expense Family benefit and other benefit to achieve company policy.
10. Participate with external agencies to create a good image aspects

11. Monitoring and measure of Personnel development education programs among employees for better improvement.

Knowledge in Thai labor Law
