Quality Manager (Automotive || Ratchaburi Plant)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement & maintain quality system.
  • Lead process and product audit.
  • Respond to customers’ requirement.
  • Control, prepare, approve concerned reports to support customers’ requirement.
  • Participate in APQP.
  • Lead improvement when problems related to products occur.
  • Monitor process/ operation to meet industrial requirements such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
  • Training, supervising and counselling subordinates to ensure their performance will meet target.
  • Participate in other company activities such as 5S, safety activities, energy saving activities, QCC, and KAIZEN.
  • Establishing Quality Department activities, budget, master plan and KPI.

 

Qualification:

  • Male / Female, age 35 – 42 years old.
  • Bachelor or higher degree’s in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering,
  • At least 7 years of work experience in Quality Management in automotive manufacturing with at least 5 years in Supervisorial and Managerial level.
  • Good – business command of English with computer literacy.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess logical and analytical thinking.
