Chacha Thai Limited, a Thailand based global producer and marketer of organic rice noodles and organic super foods under the Perfect Earth brand, is looking for a Quality Manager responsible for plant hygiene, Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food safety ,QMS, FSSC 22000, FSMS, ISO 22000, GMP’s, Hygiene requirements, auditing, training, Vendor development, Documentation & root cause analysis, Data analysis and Synthesis, Cleaning validations at Chiangrai office to lead and manage quality assurance and control functions of the company. Foreign matter control and management, Environment management for pathogens control, Allergen management, Chemical contaminant monitoring in food products, Develop Master sanitation programs to manage hygiene status for facility.
The QA & QC Manager is responsible to Lead the plant team for ensuring Food Safety & HACCP and other Hygienic Engineering Practices, lead all the food safety and compliance audits and manage the team for maintaining all the legal research & Development & Quality Monitoring and Improvement activities for strengthening of Existing products as well quality system.
Bachelor in food science /technologies
Male or female 25 years old ++
5+ years’ experience in the noodle or food manufacturing process and adequate knowledge of Rice based products.
Setup R& D for our Organic Rice based products, like rice noodle, noodle mixed with superfoods like Chia, quinoa etc.- sample pretreatment, extraction, estimation etc. Develop and innovate in rice bran-based products, starch free- rice bran, proteins isolations and extreme Hydrolysis of protein and starch.
Implement the Product & Package Innovation for Commercialization functions and documentation including support improvement in system efficiency by providing Supply Chain Linkage for critical and complex issues in Bottler Technical Functions to ensure the best available measures and practices were used involvement.
Contributed to the Ideation Process for product, package and process technology innovation
Sample and accessories preparation for food contaminating pathogenic & non-pathogenic micro-organisms
Guiding team on testing, identifying and interpreting the following parameters
Aerobic Plate Count, Yeast & Mold, Coliforms & E.coli, Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus
Expert in Microbiology Lab and equipment knowledge and able to guide QC team in taking care of Equipment, calibration, chemicals, records and reports.
Knowledge about rice and rice-based food products food process, Culinary is highly valued
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, team management)
Familiarity with industry standard equipment, Quality and other Industrial Norms and quality practices, technical expertise.
Computer literacy and good communication skill, good command in spoken and written English.
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
Developed training modules and drove the training programs for empowering and engaging the shop floor people.
Conducted supplier audits (Packaging/ Raw Material) and have addressed the chronic issues with respect to them. One point of contact for issues related to (Micro/Foreign Matter) with in the plant / customer’s side.
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.

English language knowledge speaking or writing or both will be added benefit but not compulsory for procedures / reports.
Help QC team in Implement quality and management systems in the Company such as HACCP and ISO 9000 and food safety programs and systems
Salary: Based on experience
Probation period: 4 months
