EXPAT Social Media Officer: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Hebrew, Dutch In Bangkok

Job description / Role

The Social Media Officer will be responsible for handling all the online image and branding of the company as well as creating and following up special advertising campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.
  • Creation and publishing of high-quality content (for all channels)
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
  • Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
  • Content management (including website)
  • Improve online content, enhance digital performance and customer review management.
  • Manage the publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
  • Knowledge of tools to manage content (PostPlanner, Buffer, etc)
  • Plan specific and timely digital marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

 

Requirements:                                                       

  • Social Media Marketing experience.
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
