Operation Manager (Service Quality)
-Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. -Providing leadership and strategic planning to all staff in support of service operations and VIP satisfaction. -To oversee of Butler, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure service quality standards are met and that outstanding service is provided to VIP. - Coordinate with the Training Manager to provide the quality related training skills to eliminate VIP dissatisfaction. - Performing any other tasks assigned by Estate Manager.
