HR Manager (Culture Transformation) (60K-70K) (SDG-53172)/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (วัฒนธรรมองค์กร)

<Job Responsibilities>

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage all HRM and HRD functions
  • Handle and oversee the projects related to Culture Transformation
  • Establish and develop productive partnerships with Management team in order to understand their particular objectives, environment and challenges and work collaboratively to solve these from a leadership and culture perspective.
  • Contribute to Leadership and Culture strategy and planning initiatives, identifying shared business unit needs and recommending fit for purpose solutions.
  • Design and build priority frameworks and interventions as defined by the culture and leadership strategy, including talent management and succession planning.
  • Build the productive and competitive environment for whole company by encouraging the employees to adapt and learn how to maximize the capability and efficiency by using the new software
  • Manage the reorganization program with management team in order to build the clear report line and the balance of authority
  • Establish the change management within the company to achieve the company objectives
  • Work with management team to initiate the Performance Management System effectively
  • Other related tasks as assigned by Directors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

  • Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
  • Bachelor's degree
  • More than 7 years of experience in HR Manager position, managing both HRM and HRD, direct experience in Culture Transformation and Change Management is a must
  • Proven experience in managing projects with examples of achievement (e.g. Culture Transformation plans, Employee Engagement Survey with initiatives, Set up new system for learning environment)
  • Management experience more than 5 years
  • Good command of verbal and written English skills (for internal and external communication)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:40 (Monday - Friday)
