HUMS Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Health Usage Monitoring (HUMS) Assistant reports to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and also works under supervision of HUM’s Analyst and Repair Station Manager. The HUMS Assistant will work as an assistant of HUM’s Analyst to complete the tasks in advising the Maintenance Organization on the development of a HUMS division and systems required to sustain and grow future operations and capabilities.

KEY ACOOUNTABILITIES

  • To assist the HUMS’s manager in the development and central management of the HUM’s department, monitoring all aircraft operated by TAS
  • Assist the HUM’s manager to provide the technical department support and advice on all HUM’s related issues. Provide guidance on the use of its policy and procedures
  • Generate a daily HUM’s summary and deliver to crew chiefs/production supervisor/ repair station manager/type engineer
  • Assist HUM’s manager in monthly reports for all stakeholders
  • Monitoring and supporting ground stations, ensuring ongoing integrity
  • Responsible for database management, back-up and security of HUM’s data. Transfer of data to OEM FTP and back-up server
  • Assist the HUM’s manager in monitoring other techniques within the HUM’s department such as spectrographic Oil Analysis and engine trend monitoring
  • Assist with auditors, client and OEM requests
  • Additional assignments as directed by HUM’s manager

QUALIFICATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

  • Male/Female, Thai nationality only
  • Licensed AME with experience in Helicopter Maintenance preferred
  • 2 years experience using a range of HUM’s analysis tools
  • Experience with VXP, EVXP, Sikorsky ground base Applications (SGBA) systems an asset
  • Minimum TOEIC 550
  • Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation
  • Capable to work independently and under pressured environment
  • Good computer literacy
