  • Receive internal call within client (offshore and head office) and external call from customer
  • Make personal call for all contractor whether they call from offshore or head office)
  • Refresh telephone directory, if get any update as soon as possible and inform within team
  • Handle Emergency call
  • Administrative Function – interacts with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of communications through the fax and telephone networks.
  • Do a Public Announcement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Good command of English
  • Able to work as shift
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Time management
