Job Summary: A person in this position, so-called IP Administrator, will be responsible for supporting administrative task related to the company’s legal and IP documents. The person has to work with external service providers, including auditors, attorneys, and other IP agents and support staff with tasks including preparing, tracking, and maintaining relevant documents.
Key responsibilities will include:
o Checking whether the effect of each data capture is correct, particularly as regards generated deadlines (for paying annual maintenance fees and requesting examination);
o Recording invoices and payments for budget follow-up; and
o Maintaining patent and trademark files and calendars, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and that all due dates are met.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in business, appropriate Liberal Arts, technology management, or other disciplines considered with experience.
Experience Year: 2 years of applicable experience, fewer years considered with an advanced degree.
Experience Field: Experience in electrical/electronic industry, automotive industry or other R&D fields is a plus
Have a background in semiconductor, technology management, patent/IP management, electrical/electronic, and able to create and review a legal document is a plus
