Property Research Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new strategy for growing business in Thailand.
  • Investigating towns across the country or outside Thailand when assigned.
  • Using analysis skills to turn insight information into potential sales.
  • Tracking individual stores and main competitor movements in order to provide insight to the business.
  • Giving recommendations to related parties on what matters to customers.
  • Reviewing relevant factors for new and existing stores to build insightful reports.
  • Cooperating with vendors regarding surveys and result amendments.
  • Presenting reports to top management to get site approvals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
  • At least 3-years of experience in property development is required.
  • Enthusiastic to learn new things and ability to handle multi-tasks.
  • Good analysis and presentation skills.
  • Can stay alone overnight upcountry.
  • Good Thai and English language skills.
  • Good MS Office and Internet skills (MapInfo and SPSS are preferable).
  • Good knowledge of the geography of Thailand (benefit).
