Property Consultant for international Investors

Job Description and responsibilities:

  • You work with property developers, foreign- and Thai buyers.
  • New development and secondary market property sales and rentals.
  • Advise and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Negotiate between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Study and analyze property listings, identify 'Hot Deals".
  • Meet prospective clients for consultations at the office.
  • Accompany clients to property site, discuss sales conditions.
  • Arrange and coordinate with the owner and the other agents for property inspections.
  • Maintain good customer relations at all times.
  • Follow-up sales and provide after-sales services.
  • Prompt to process leads and follow-up with the prospective client’s inquiries.
  • Increase sales volumes by achieving the given target.
  • Execute & fulfill job assignments given by the Sales Manager and respect deadlines.

Candidate qualifications:

  • Male or Female age 21-35 years old, Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Sales experience with a Real Estate Agency or Property Developer is an advantage.
  • A genuine interest in Real Estate is a definite must.
  • Work experience, especially in sales, is preferred.
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English. Chinese is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple cases concurrently, under commercial pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and MS Office literacy is a must.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, self-organized, target-orientated and open-minded.
  • Good appearance, smart looking and well-groomed.
  • Candidate must be prepared to occasionally work outside office hours, in the evenings or on weekends if required.
