What is your mission?

As an ISO & Audit Coordinator, you will be working with our Auditor and Business Units to deliver ISO accreditation achievement.

Your job functions are:

  • Organize and manage the documentation to optimize the efficiency of the organization and fulfill ISO requirements.
  • Control and record documented information activities history (e.g. issue new document, revise, and cancellation).
  • Maintain paper and electronic ISO 9001 and ISO27001 documentation systems.
  • Record all of ISO activities.
  • Perform audit execution and other duties as assigned by the management


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in document management system and controls.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process system requirements.
  • Experienced in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification (preferable).
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with good command of English languages (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, with strong analytical reasoning.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to autonomy, organized, detail-oriented and pro-active.
