Corporate Secretary

Job Summary

The Corporate Secretary is responsible for monitoring the Company to comply with the relevant and applicable laws and regulations so as to conform to the principles of good corporate governance of companies as follows:

Job Responsibilities

  • Arranging meetings for the Board of Directors and Management Committeeas well as coordinate to ensure that all resolutions have been implemented.
  • Ensuring the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors with the relevant laws, rules & regulations, resolutions of the Board’s meetings including corporate governance practices.
  • Providing support for Directors and Executives to attend training courses in their relevant areas.
  • Arranging Director's training/briefing for newly appointed Directors.
  • Preparing and maintaining all documents relating to the Company’s statutory register of directors, Annual Reports, notices and minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors as well as notices and minutes of the shareholders’ meetings.
  • Informing Directors and Executives of any changes in regulations related to them.
  • Evaluating the performance of the Board of Directors.
  • Preparing and keeping important documents of the Company.


  • Male or Female, Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Political Science, Literature Arts, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Corporate Secretary or a secretary of Executive Board
  • Experience in working for Public company would be advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English with company literacy.
  • Good ability with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good coordination skill, good personality, open-mind, eager for new work experiences with positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm, able to work as team.
