Platform Communication & Policy Specialist (Seller experience)

Report to Seller Experience Lead , key duties, responsibilities and requirements for this position are:

      Responsibilities:

  • Manage external seller communications (memos, newsletters, emails etc.)
  • Draft content (e.g. Newsletter, emails etc.) for mass seller communications and seller website
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
  • Compose, clarify and improve policies and procedures of JD CENTRAL’s platform to ensure overall compliance
  • Design step-by-step instructions for existing, new and updated features to sellers
  • Handle and manage each communication channel between JDC and their sellers to ensure platform ecosystem stability.
  • Introducing new rules regulations and programs to ensure revised policies and clear guidelines
  • Collaborate with other teams in handling, managing and adapting communication channels between sellers
  • Assisting Platform Management team to ensure alignment between business and policy goals. 

       Qualifications:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge on e-commerce platform operations
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Basic knowledge in graphic design will be an advantage (Open to portfolio submission)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in english and thai. Mandarin is not required but will be a plus 
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solving and detailed oriented
  • Creative, open minded, self-motivated and with good organizational experience
  • Experience in creative design and content production is a plus
  • Experience in copywriting and editin
