Seeking a Loss Prevention Assistant Manager who is experienced, disciplined and with a strong track record in a related field. Candidates must be sharp and focused at all times. It is very important to follow all Standard Operating Procedures in order to ensure the strictest level of security for the high-value goods on site. There will be on-site training which includes classroom instruction as well as how to execute the Standard Operating Procedures. Some of your Key Duties will entail the following:
Conduct security audits, monitor all loss prevention team members including all personnel and visitors entering and exiting the buildings. Ensure the safekeeping of certain items, ie master keys and radios. Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances and call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Resolve safety hazard situations and call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Provide proper paperwork to employees requiring outside medical treatment. Type security reports and provide copies to all relevant persons. Assist management in training; assign work tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
Follow all company security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Ensure the uniforms and personal appearances of security team members are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support team members with their duties. Required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e. g., run, walk, jog). Required to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Required to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g., to identify defects).

- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of University Studies
- Minimum 2 or more years experience as a Loss Prevention Assistant Manager, Security Assistant Manager, Law Enforcement or related field
- Minimum 1 or more years working in a Assistant Management Level position
- Thai Nationals only
- Fluent in Thai Language Reading and Writing skills, and Proficient English Speaking, Reading and Writing skills
- Must be physically fit and able to maintain a professional appearance at all times due to active and long working hours
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, or a Security Software program
- No Criminal Record
