Novel Platform Partnership & Operations Manager

Responsibilities：

  • Responsible for novel platform collaborations and content operations. 

  • Expand and maintain relationships with novel platforms, focus on prepare campaign with platforms.

  • Select Chinese novels with bestseller potential for the Thai market.

  • Manage translation timelines and costs, ensure sustainable revenue growth and positive ROI for localized novel content.

     

Requirements：

  • Passion for novel with deep understanding of novel tropes; prior experience in content industry/Chinese fiction highly preferred

  • Content localization experience highly preferred

  • Familiar with end-to-end localization workflows from translation to distribution

  • Business proficiency in Chinese or English
