Job Description Summary

Technical Customer Service manager (60K – 150K)

One of the world’s leading food manufacturing. The company has been global operating for more than 80 years and expanding Multinational Corporation employs more than 120,000 people with all over the world

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in ensuring that company’s goals and objectives with regards to technical service activities are achieved and followed through
  • Responsible in ensuring all product specification to be issued with accurate and comply with export countries regulation or requirement both company and/or customer formats/website and deliver within time scale
  • Maintain most up to date data of product specification
  • Responsible in ensuring all technical requests and inquiries related to product specification will be fast responded and accurate
  • Co-operate with team to ensure that product labelling comply with regulation/requirement of export countries
  • Confers with sale, marketing and research and development team in determining present product specification and technical requirement
  • Ensure that all customer requirements have been acknowledged and distributed to concern departments
  • Ensure that technical information when customer visit/audit is fast provided accurate and up to date
  • Ensure that internal specification both packaging and process spec match with customer agreement on customer specification
  • Coordinate with quality assurance team to ensure that the monitoring program is maintain

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food science, food technology or related field.
  • At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in Customer relation, quality assurance or product development
  • Food Regulation Knownledge
  • Good command of English
  • Strong leadership and fast learner
