Costing & Contracting Manager

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Costing & Contracting Manager. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience of contracting and tariff management in a travel environment.

How do you succeed as our Costing & Contracting Manager?

  • Negotiate hotel and other 3rd party contracts to ensure best rates are obtained
  • Manage our existing regional partners
  • Ensure the Client Sales team are kept up to date with all promotions  and rebates
  • Create and maintain product tariffs
  • Source new suppliers when required
  • Maintain good relationships with all suppliers

To succeed you need to have:

  • Good negotiation tactics and skills
  • Very good understanding of spreadsheets
  • High attention to detail and be systematic in your approach
  • A commercial mind and understand company margins across all segments of the business
  • High level of fluency in spoken & written English
