Sr. Channel Manager

Purpose of the Job:
To accelerate brand growth through delivery/ digital / new channel initiative business


Job Size: 

  • KFC is the no. 1 QSR Restaurant Brand in Thailand with over 800 restaurants with revenues approximately 18,000 million Baht/year.
  • KFC operates as a decentralized model; teams have the scope to develop, create, and execute local initiatives.
  • KFC will accelerate business growth by growing delivery / digital / new channel initiative to broaden brand penetration. Additionally, building strong business plan with aggregator/ digital /e-commerce partner is key strategic pillar to drive business growth.
  • Senior Channel Manager will report to Associate Marketing Director and manage 2 subordinates (senior brand manager). This person needs to establish channel/ partner/ CRM strategy to grow this growth business
  • The Role will be required channel management experience, strong in e-commerce / data utilization, and efficient in building new business with aggregator/ digital partner.

Job Scope:

  • Strategy Development – establish channel strategy for delivery business (own channel/ aggregator)/ define growth plan for new initiative (30%)
  • Business Partnership – develop business plan with aggregator partner/ digital partner to building strong growth (20%)
  • Data Driven Marketing – Provide input into developing CRM strategy, utilize CRM to drive performance of campaigns (both NW and Own Channel) following the business objectives (driving performance of heavy, light, and new users) (15%)
  • People Development – manage team to build strong marketing plan as well as develop team capability (20%)
  • FZ / Cross Functional Leadership – provide strong leadership to influence franchisee and cross functional team to understand business strategy and operative plan effectively (15%)

  • Brand Communications Team: High Frequency
  • Franchisees: High Frequent

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:  

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

 

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): 

  • Minimum 7+ years in Channel Marketing / Delivery / E-commerce/ CRM / Digital marketing in Retail, FMCG or relevant industry
  • A proven experience in managing channel marketing / delivery business / new digital initiative / e-commerce platform that can support brand growth in long-term
  • Strong experience in building business partnership / business plan for e-commerce / digital platform with multiple partners in market
  • Experience in establish CRM platform and road map using data analytic and strong marketing program
  • Strong business acumen / commercial sense / data-driven thinking and able to integrate into brand strategy / marketing plan
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all level / functions
  • Energetic and passionat to grow business and initiate new idea
  • Ability to communicate effectively & fluently in both English & Thai
  • Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
