Key Account Executive


Job Details:

  • Ensuring the achievement of sell in and sell out target.
  • Analyze market information and competitive activities.
  • Manager Budget spending in account responsible.
  • Monitor sell out by customer/by brand as well as market behaviors and competitors' development.
  • Analyze sales statistics, promotion and trade performance for efficiently.
  • Maintain the relationships with the current client.
  • Handle special rate inquiry. / Construction project.
  • Market visit ensure effective implementation and solutions in problems.
  • Present our products to customer for developer, contractor architect and designer for specification product to customer's project.
  • Take care of Key developers and Key contractor.
  • Doing quotation for project condominium and housing development.
  • Compare our product and competitor why customer must choose our product.
  • Send quotation to distributor for bid. Follow up for the next step.

Qualification :

  • Males / Female age between 25 – 35 years.
  • Experience in selling to projects (Hospitality Property, Condominium, Hotel & Resort, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skill and Energetic & Pleasant Personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and email communication.
  • Managerial Skill for Project Sales Manager Position.
  • Having own car.
  • Good Personality and Strong Communication Skills.
