Project Administrative Assistant (Bang Rak)

Job description::

  • Perform administration & secretarial support to project.
  • Coordinate and support Team
  • Manage daily secretarial and admin process
  • Some of the assignment includes taking minutes, run reports, PR/PO, develop presentation slides.
  • Check invoice amount
  • Check cost report, send to SEA
  • Perform other job as assigned
  • Manage daily schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences and communicate information both internally and externally.
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Other special job as assigned

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with experience as department admin and could work long hour and knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, ppt, excel) to be able to analyse report as well as meticulous and can keep confidence information.   
  • 3-5 years’ experience as dept admin and co-ordinate projects.
  • Good confidential keeper & teamwork , very good communication skills and good attitude
  • Strong use MS office such as Word, Excel and Power point
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work hard
  • Linguistic ability : Ability to communicate in Good English in writing, reading, comprehending and speaking
  • Knowledgeable in business fields
  • Flexible and quick learning ability
  • High problem-solving skill
  • Good personality
