Our client is international parcel express delivery service.

Now they are looking for Customer Service (Call Center) Manager.



* Report to Parcel Planning Manager and/or GM (Korean guys)

• Successful organization and running of an internationally focused Customer Service Center (call center)
• Management of the Customer Service Centre daily operation to meet local and global standards
• Recruitment, management, coaching and development of a team of Team Leaders to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
• Effective Change Management – handle and lead a team through change periods, displaying motivating and encouraging behaviors of the team
• Have cost-effective operation mindset and control the budget the most effectively
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with your team to maintain focus and motivation on Customer Service standards and targets



'• Relevant professional experience 5 years in contact center (call center) and customer service management, preferred from Parcel Express service / business
• Experienced to manage contact center (call center) and/or customer service team
(current team 20 and up to 50 in 2020 year end)
• Ability to coach and mentor team
• Good problem solving and leadership skill
• Good communication in English and Thai
