Facilities Manager (Civil or Mechanical Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the hotel construction with contractors.
  • Work closely with top management team to report progress of construction.
  • Responsible for the entire facilities management related matters.
  • Ensure all facilities of the hotel are well managed up to the highest facilities management standard.
  • Set up maintenance planning for all facility systems in the hotel.
  • Ensure all urgent facility system faults are responsively handled within acceptable time.
  • Plan and control maintenance cost of all facility systems.
  • Cooperate with training team to conduct training of all facility systems for staff.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
  • Be able to use MS Office and Auto CAD (Intermediate level).
  • Strong collaboration, operation management and problem solving.
  • Good command of English.
  • Be able to live in Kanchanaburi
