We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Associate, Provincial Management to drive sales growth and strengthen our market leadership across Trat and Chanthaburi provinces. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong channel management, field sales, and team development experience who thrives in a dynamic and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, Provincial Management, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales performance for Broadband, Prepaid, and Postpaid products within assigned micro-clusters. You will work closely with Cluster Owners, sales channels, and key stakeholders to maximize Gross Adds, Revenue, and Market Share while ensuring excellent execution across sales operations and channel development.

This role focuses on field sales and account management activities including:

• Acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales opportunities.

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.

• Developing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Building medium to long-term sales plans to grow customer relationships and maximize business opportunities.

• Driving profitable business growth through effective account and channel management.

• Achieving assigned sales and revenue targets through strong sales execution and market development.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor / master’s degree in business management or marketing

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management and channel management.

• Skill and Knowledge: Telecom industry knowledge and Marketing oriented/ Analytics and Digital knowledge and skills would be preferred
