Our client is a well established organization renowned for being one of the market leaders in the real estate space in Thailand. Given the continued success across the business they are now hiring an Assistant Vice President to focus on After Sales services for Property Management.

Reporting directly to the CEO in the Bangkok office, you will be an ambitious leader in Property Management with 7 or more years of experience in the real estate related field. You will be leading a team of 13+ professionals to oversee after sales services and satisfaction levels. 

The ideal candidate will have the following background

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in Property Management (After Sales Service- Low Rise)
  • Knowledge in Construction Management
  • Strong interpersonal, positively proactive and sense of ownership
