Building Manager (Property Managment) / ผู้จัดการอาคาร



  • Overseas all operations of the estate.
  • Respond to clients’ needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problem promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies and procedures regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Ensure periodic regular property inspection. Recommends and/or approves alterations maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendors or sub-contractors as required.
  • Develops and controls annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances
  • Provides formal supervision to individual’s team members. Supervision of staff’s attendance, leave applications. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members. Leads by example and model behaviors that are consistent with Sinthoranee’s values.


  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Property Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.
  • Have experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Have experience in Admin or General management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customer and effectively present information as well as respond effectively to sensitive issues
  • Male/female
  • At least 3 years experience in real estate service or related field 
  • Excellent English and communication skill
