Service Manager (Restaurants)/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการ (ร้านอาหาร)

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Ensure a high level of competence in the required skills among service by providing continuing training and practical assistance & guidance in the field.
  • Manage customer complaint and improve customer satisfaction.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor in related field.
  • 2-3 years in Management Level
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
  • Service-minded.
  • Strong leadership skill and Team management.
  • Strong in computer skills and presentation skills.
  • Positive & Creative thinking with good communicate to all levels
  • Good command of English (Spoken & Written)
  • Can communicate in Chinese Language world be an advantage
