General Description:

The incumbent is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative supports to management executives and teams. This person will be a key focal person in coordination with various stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the assigned tasks are executed with accuracy, timely and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a great first impression to welcome wealth clients with a warm, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Effectively manage office supplies and facilities, including meeting rooms, and mails handling
  • Overall handle and monitor the entire reception area to be clean and ready to welcome any guests.
  • Answer all incoming calls, telephone line transfer and take short messages, and handle caller’s inquiries in an appropriate & professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as per assigned by management / direct supervisors.



  • University degree, with at least 3 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Previous experience of working in customer facing environment.
  • Prior experience working closely with senior managements, working with multinational companies or experience in Finance & Banking industry would be an advantage.
  • Very good personality, can-do attitude, service-minded and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge administrative procedures, office administration tasks.
