Office Manager (Thai Nationality)

Primary objective

We are looking for an Office Manager who is responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.

We need an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Key responsibilities

Accounting

  • Handling documents for accounting at the end of each month
  • Handling company corporate card expenses
  • Issue Tax Receipt/Invoice for clients
  • Follow up outstanding invoice
  • Submit Personal Income Tax for expats

Administration

  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and filing systems are designed
  • Maintaining office cleanliness by overseeing the maid
  • Assist Project Manager with preparation of company documents as requested
  • Coordinate company social activities and weekly lunch
  • Organize messengers for delivery and pick up
  • Help welcome and take care of clients visiting the office
  • Ad-hoc Administrative Support

Visa & Work Permit

  • Accompany expat staffs when performing 90 day report
  • Prepare documents to apply Non-B visa

Requirements

  • Proven office management, or administrative experience
  • Thai Nationality
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Good English, both oral and written
