Project Sales (Developer Customers)

Department:               Sales (Developer Consulting) 

Job Location:            Head Office, Pakin Building Bangkok

Report to:                  Developer Consulting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Service follow-up all applicators, main-contractors, influencers and key decision makers to obtain repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty with company product, system and solution.
  • Provide advice to resolve problems experienced by customer within the customer group.
  • Implement service improvement initiatives, other business improvement plans and joint-working projects.
  • On-time submission of information and proposal, follow-up and secure of project sales specified/ re-specified company product and system.
  • Advise and attend on site meetings regarding service and technical problems.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project data base of existing and future projects.
  • Recommend customer business plan according to market situation and company objectives and priorities.
  • Submit and follow up all complaints as per the complaint procedure.
  • Maintain observation of competitor activity and provide timely reports on market perception of competitor’s performance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Fair command in English communication.
  • Knowledge in broad overview technical and building material.
  • Market understanding and customer insight.
  • Good business partnership with customers.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in Project Sales. New Graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in construction industry is a plus.
