Customer Care Executive (Real Estate Background)/เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (มีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์)

Responsibilities

  • Be proactive to customer service issues and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Build good Relationship with customers
  • To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers
  • To support in the sales and marketing activities and administrative support

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields
  • 3 years of real estate experience in sales support or customer service 
  • Experience in Super Luxury residential projects would be preferred
  • Diligent, humble self-responsible and eager to improve and learn
  • Detail oriented
  • Very good command of English
