• Responsible for the strategic leadership of sales team, including crafting sales plans and supervising sales managers to ensure plans are being executed accurately.
• Responsible to develop key growth sales strategies and action plans in order to maximizing sales results of the company’s products in the territory.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volumes, profit for existing and new products.
• Oversee sales support activities as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately and on time
• Lead the development of both short-term and long-term sales objectives, market share in each market segments, broadening portfolio of importers and dealers accounts.
• Monitor, advice and adapt commercial policies related to pricing, product mix and brand portfolio, distribution and customer service.
• Monthly sales planning: collecting reports, monthly reevaluation of the target, develop and execute new sales strategies to ensure the company’s objectives are met.
• Enforce dealer development and Corporate Identity compliance.
• Propose and manage sales promotions in different areas (wholesale and retail).
• Define sales budget which includes: volumes and promotional costs for both wholesale and retail.
