• Supervise daily production operations in SMT and PCB Assembly areas to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.

• Manage operators and support manpower allocation according to production plans.

• Monitor production performance including output, productivity, yield, and quality.

• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Support shift arrangement, line balancing, and overtime planning.

• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, ESD requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Analyze production issues and support corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Prepare daily production reports and support continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing within Electronics, EMS, SMT, or PCB Assembly industries.

• At least 1-2 years of experience as Production Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader, or equivalent supervisory role.

• Experience managing operators and supporting daily shopfloor activities.

• Basic understanding of SMT and PCB Assembly processes.

• Familiar with production KPIs such as output, productivity, yield, and quality performance.

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement concepts.

• Good command of English communication is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Profile

• Production Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader, or Junior Production Supervisor from EMS, SMT, PCB Assembly, or Electronics Manufacturing industries.

• Hands-on experience in operator management, production monitoring, and shopfloor operations.
