What We're Looking For

  • A degree or relevant experience in design, engineering, architecture, industrial design, technology, computer science, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children or young people in educational, workshop, or community settings.

  • Practical skills in one or more of the following areas:

    • Woodworking and fabrication

    • Robotics and electronics

    • Coding and digital design

    • Product design and prototyping

    • 3D printing and laser cutting

    • Engineering and construction

  • A passion for project-based and experiential learning.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A willingness to learn and experiment alongside students.

  • An appreciation for Montessori and child-centred education.
