Finance and Insurance Specialist (Chaing Mai Base)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or Finance is preferable

  • Preferrable Local People

Special Skill Require:

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relation

  • Able to interact well with all levels or peoples

  • Autos, Non life insurance, securities, Finance, Hire Purchase and Banking

  • Sales Experience is an advantage

  • Proficiency in computer literate especially in Microsoft Officer

Major responsibility

  • Training of deals sales staffs on financial products

  • Monitoring and maintaining BMW Leasing presence at dealership, including PoS materials, dealer campaigns and dealer advertising

  • Quoting customer finance and insurance products to meet their requirements and assist in the sales closing processes

  • Collecting customer’s information as required for credit Assessment and forward to Company

  • Advising Customer of credit Assessment result and negotiate new terms and conditions (if any)

  • Following the prospective and cash customers.

  • Preparing contract documentation for customers

    • Hire Purchase or Lease contract

    • Guarantor contract

    • Hire Purchase confirmation of car registration

    • Car acceptance by customer

    • Welcome letter and Pay-in Slip

    • Cover sheet that has details of required documents of customers and guarantor for closing floorplan or settlement process

  • Executing of documents and receipt of down payment

  • Forwarding complete contract documents to Company

  • Ensuring close relationship with dealer and their sales teams

  • Attending dealers’ sales meeting and providing finance and insurance inputs

  • Generating weekly and monitor report

  • Assisting contact and communicate to customer as required

  • Attending sales or products training as required

  • Understanding the concept of penetration and be able to communicate with dealer principals

  • Responsible for assigned target of insurance business

  • Responsible for any target or task that may be assigned in the future
