Senior Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Handling orders for customers by coordinating with regional sales offices on the Order receiving, Order confirmation, Delivery schedule, L/C, as well as production unit and works internally with logistics team and planners.
  • Internally checking with responsible staff on L/C conditions and responsively dealing with regional sales offices if L/C amendment is required.
  • Supporting regional sales offices upon queries such as designing status, air freight enquiry, and the status of documents.
  • Playing a key role as a member of products delivery core process in order to ensure delivered as customer’s requirement.
  • Besides functional works, effectively giving response and service offerings to customers must be enhanced with the objective to gain customer trust as a reliable supplier and establishing a long-term business relationship.
  • Cooperating and supporting as a team of Environment (ISO: 14000).
  • Training & coaching team members in order center to perform with the standard procedure including to verify the work of new tasks/project for accuracy, proper work methods and best practice.
  • Providing guidance within the order center team on how to handle & escalate customer complaints.
  • Preparing and analyzing weekly sales report.
  • Participating in the implementation of existing standards, procedures, policies, and monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with all.
  • Participating in the implementation of the new market-led by KAM /Marketing in the topic related to SCM such as Export regulation & Documentation, product information sharing for a sales agreement, etc.
  • Improving the order center internal process if needed to fulfil customer requirement and satisfaction.
  • Being responsible for special tasks or short term project delegate by order center supervisor or SCM Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
  • 8 years experience in a Customer Service role, Letter of Credit or international trade.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Well self-organized and planning skills.
  • Service-minded.
  • Computer literate.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and good teamwork.
  • Familiar with shipping documents and multi-modal transport is an advantage.
