Sales Corporate Solutions - Korat (BS1)

Job Purpose: To develop new opportunities in various areas that would be viable for both existing and new prospective clients. Also, expand our business alliance & strengthen relationship with them.  

Responsibilities:

Ensure productions meet growth targets or budget.

  • Joint assign production targets to sales manager/executives and ensure targets are met with Head of Sales & Marketing.
  • Jointly set the target of new business and assist to prepare sales & marketing strategies/business plan.
  • Work closely with agents, Division, DOA and ADE service/account executive team to ensure service excellence.
  • Visit agent regularly for the purpose of motivating them and keeping ourselves informed on business trend Analyze & develop sales strategies, and implement the plans.
  • Work closely with underwriter & account executive team to come up with the best offering & ensure service excellence.
  • Coordinate with sales support & making proposals to prospects.
  • Visit the prospects to perform presentation & close sales.
  • Prepare monthly and/or weekly report to monitor sales production (or any request)Intermediate recommend VS products to X-sell or up-sale.

Internal

  • Underwriting to issue quotation & proposal
  • Operation & Account Executive to follow up renewal issues
  • Marketing support to arrange sales contest & promotion
  • Product development to lunch new products
  • Sales & Marketing to coordinate & generate new business

 

External                                               

  • Deal with Clients
  • Deal with producers, agents or agency leaders
