You work full-time at our location in Phuket office.

Your Tasks – contra boring, PRO YOU

• You will provide high-quality technical services, e.g. infrastructure consulting and planning, installation and commissioning.

• In doing so, you will work hand in hand with the IT managers of our customers

• The implementation of system management solutions and the realization of high availability solutions in the ERP environment are also part of your tasks

• You will conduct training courses and impart your know-how on all aspects of proALPHA IT operations

• In addition to supporting our operations team for proALPHA business cloud customers, you are willing to take on extended service hours for monitoring purposes

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study, or alternatively you have technical training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration).

• You have relevant practical experience in the IT environment and good knowledge of server and virtualization technologies as well as server and client operating systems (WINDOWS)

• Knowledge of Linux is an advantage

• Personally, you convince with a distinctive customer and team orientation as well as analytical and communicative skills

• Very good English skills complete your profile
