About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to lead the overall operational and commercial performance of a high-volume lifestyle and entertainment F&B business in Phuket. This is a senior leadership role combining restaurant operations, entertainment, live music, events, guest experience, retail, people leadership, and P&L management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence while creating an energetic, memorable, and commercially successful guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall restaurant, bar, entertainment, retail, and guest-experience operations

• Ensure consistent service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards

• Maintain strong management presence during peak operating periods

• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

• Ensure brand standards and SOPs are consistently executed

• Take ownership of revenue, profitability, and overall business performance

• Manage food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses

• Drive guest traffic, average spend, events, entertainment, and ancillary revenue

• Develop local partnerships with hotels, DMCs, tour operators, corporate accounts, and event organizers

• Oversee live music, entertainment, activations, and special events

About you

• 8–10+ years of progressive restaurant / F&B / hospitality experience

• Proven experience managing high-volume operations

• Strong P&L and commercial management experience

• Experience leading large multicultural teams

• Strong background in restaurant, bar, lifestyle, entertainment, or experiential hospitality

• Experience with live entertainment, events, nightlife, or music is highly desirable

• International brand experience is strongly preferred

• Thailand / Phuket experience is a significant advantage

• Excellent English communication skills
