Air & Sea Sales Coordinator (Laem Chabang Sales Office)

Client Business is One of the world’s leaders in Freight Forwarder for Air Cargo / Ocean Freight and Logistics services

Position title: Air & Sea Sales Coordinator (Chonburi)

Salary:  23,000-31,000 THB

Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi

Employment type: Permanent

Job descriptions:

-      Issue quotations to the customers abd follow up on the outcome.

-      Follow up with customers and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related document, billing, claim, and other requirements.

-      Coordinate with Booking team to request of airfreight cost and others for supporting sales team to prepare RFQ package. 

-      Coordinate with CS and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly.

-      Follow up and handle of complicated job under Global account and general customer account.

-      Prepare customer lifting report in monthly basis.

-      Prepare of Customer Complain Report every week to supervisor to review.

-      Follow up and solve the problem that caused by operation.

-      Verify of completed and correct of rate offer and condition before submitting to customers and concerned parties.

-      Review and update quotation with the current  market price to the customers.

Requirements

-      Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.

-      At least 1 years experience in Sales Coordinator from either Air or Sea Freight Forwarder but both would be advantage.

-      Have in-depth knowledge of International logistics &  transportation

-      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

-      Good command in English (Equivalent to TOEIC 700)

-      Strong customer relationship management skill

-      Understand business customer needs and recommended suitable product
