Position:                    HR & ADMIN Assistant or Manager

Place:                        Wellgrow Industrial Estate Chachoengsao

Salary Range:            up to 100K

Working Hours:          Monday -  Friday: 8:30 - 5:30 / 9:00 - 6:00

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Company HR functions or Operations.
  • Oversee HR operations in relation to employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit process.
  • Prepare and Provide annual manpower requirement and budget.
  • Meet future talent requirements by identifying, acquiring, developing, and retain.
  • Identify capability gaps and potential employees for skills, pormotion and talent management -
  • Manage and responsible for recruitment and selection, including drafting of job advertisement and conducting interviews
  • Collaborate and closely work with line managers to foster a positive employee environment and demonstration.
  • Manage employee relations for employee communciations , grievances or disciplinary management.
  • Responsible for coaching and training business leaders and employees for effective perfomance environment.
  • Manage and conduct performance reviews exercise including reviewing the link to rewards performance moderation on all salary increments, promotions, and bonus allocation.
  • Establish and maintain Human Resource Policies & Practices in line with Government legislations
  • Provide Human Resource advisory role to Management and all other Heads of department.
  • Collaborate and provide reports to HQ HR.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 above years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Background from Manufacturing or Automotive.
  • Broad experience on local employment legislations or law regulations.
  • Broad experience for the Full Spectrum of HR Functions (Recruitment and Staffing , C&B, Employee Relations , Training and Development.)
  • Broad knowledge for MS office or HRM technology.
  • English is a must.
  • Direct Experience from Automotive Solutions (Insulation, Heating and Automotive Parts testing)
