Senior Manager-Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibility

  • Also lead, coach, and supervise sales & marketing team to achieve sales targets and profit margin.
  • Identify target markets, develop communication channels to establish brand recognition as well as selling opportunity
  • Research, analyze, and develop new business opportunities with existing clients & seek new customers to achieve the sales target, consistent with the organization's long range and strategic plans, and leading sales force
  • Develop and build good working relationship with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  •  Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to top management.Also manage and help sales & marketing team on day-to-day problem solving in all aspects related to their works.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.

 

Qualifications :

 

  • Male or Female, age between 35 – 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Hotel, Tourism, Retails or related field.
  • At least 10 years’ of marketing experience in the hotel industries.(Experience in Property/Retails business will be advantage)
  • Good command of English. (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
  • Proficiency in computer MS Office, especially in Excel, Power Point and Email.
  • Self-motivated, Result oriented, Strong negotiation skills, Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Work base at Huahin.
