Assistant Manager - Customer Engagement

Job Purpose:

  • Ensure operational standard of excellence for our Engagement programs.
  • Drive customer engagement campaigns to increase engagement rate on FB & LINE
  • Set engagement metrics to track, evaluate and analyze engagement programs with effective return on investment and increase customer engagement rate.
  • Work closely with ARM team to suggest tailor-made engagement programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop & implement engagement activity for Cigna customers, including communications and campaign executions through SMS, email marketing and also building online community via Line OA
  • Execute tactical programs to attract/recruit contact information from existing customers
  • Work closely with other departments and agency to set up engagement campaign on Line OA, FB and website
  • Manage campaign monitoring to keep on track and campaign evaluation
  • Work with agency to send EDM to existing customers
  • Keep up-to-date on market/competitor’s loyalty & reward program to stay ahead of the curve
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experiences, particularly in the CRM or loyalty program with digital marketing experiences in Finance, Insurance or Retails is a plus
  • Experience in managing CRM/loyalty program
  • Ability to thoroughly understanding and implementing strategic plans and solve execution problems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills
  • Good command of English skills both orally and in writing
