What is your mission?

As a Engagement Associate you will be working with our Social Media Account to deliver #happier employee experience. You will provide employee's activities, be a cameraman and video recording, work with employee to give their engagement experience, and CSR and/or training activities.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • handle employee's activities
  • be a cameraman and video recording
  • edit photos and video
  • create employee's media and posting
  • work with employee to give their engagement experience
  • do the other task as assignment from supervisor

Who are we looking for?

  • More than 1 year experience in employee engagement is a plus
  • Good communication skill in English
  • Good skills in MS Office and others i.e. Photoshop
  • Trustworthy and can work independently
  • Ability to multitask and establish priorities
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility and flexibility
