Agency Channel Manager/ผู้จัดารฝ่ายบริหารตัวแทน

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for insurance sales growth and lead sales for business expansion, responsible for strategy based on analysis.

  • Manage Frank’s sub and independent agency force of over 2,000 agents
  • Build and maintain relationships with Agents, managers and other agency team leaders
  • Campaign and contest management designed to incentive agency network to drive up sales
  • Responsible for increasing sales to meet targets set by CEO
  • Build a high level of confidence on service, technology, and responsiveness to market needs for agency team
  • Strengthen the channels and improve the processes through continuous development
  • Conducts sales meetings and participates in broker meetings to ensure Agency and Customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Manage agency complaints, requests and issues throughout the sales cycle
  • Work and coordinate with other departments on operations, after-sales policy issuance, finance, HRD training and technological improvements
  • In charge of your own PnL within the company
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Manages the day to day activities of sales team to achieve new group membership enrollment goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality, Male/Female Age 35 - 40 Years old.
  • Min 5 years-experience in Insurance Company with sales function
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with sales people
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
  • Demonstrated understanding of competitor's strengths, weaknesses and strategies.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Experience using effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in strong interpersonal, public presentation, and persuasion skills.
