Sales Manager / Product Manager (Petchaburi Province)

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Conducts and summarizes complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue forecasting, coverage optimization, and channel partner management.
  • Constructs reporting and analytic financial models, utilizing data from a variety of sources, with minimal direction, to objectively assess partner business performance.
  • Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, and compares actual data to forecasted values.
  • Executes market research projects, gathers intelligence on current industry and competitors, customer/partner trends, and summarizes research findings tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary. Makes contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines
  • Contribute primarily to diagnostic and reactive business planning activities, reporting and development of consistent methodology to measure and assess performance and profitability.
  • Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence.
  • Own and drive the organizational goal setting (Objectives & Key Results) process across all teams.

 

 

Qualification

  • Age preferably 28-35 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales , marketing 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests.
  • Communicates well in English both of writing and speak.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
