About the role

Pre-Sales Infrastructure and Networking role focused on gathering project requirements, providing technical consulting to customers, and defining design and solutions.

1. Pre-Sales Cloud and Networking

• Expereince 3 years in System, Cloud, Networking, and Cybersecurity.

• Technical Skill (Cloud / Azure)

• Infrastructure & Services (Azure VMs, App Services, Storage, Azure AD)

• Networking (VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute)

• Architecture & Design (Scalable, resilient, secure solutions)

• Azure DevOps / CI/CD (Pipelines, ARM Templates, Bicep)

• Technical Skill: (Network)

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Subnetting, Routing (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF), IP Addressing

• Firewall configuration, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), IDS/IPS

• Good command in English

2. Pre-Sales Enterprise Infrastructure and Security

• 2 - 5 Years s working experience delivering technical networking design & implementation of solutions to customers.

• Have experiences of completing low level and high-level designs, following full technical pre-sales and project life cycle.

• Familiar with enterprise products such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Cisco, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Could services (AWS or Azure)

• Understand security conceptual such as Zero Trust, SASE, Could Security, Security for IoT/OT

• Experience with a System Integrator (SI), particularly in Implementation Engineer or Presales roles, will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills

• Management Skill

• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
